流水账减肥日记

LZ 身高160,怀孕前大概110-115lbs 之间浮动,现在生完宝宝已经7个多月了,体重127lbs. 总有人说,锻炼多了,就会影响产奶,所以一直也没锻炼。可是夏天来啦,去逛街,好多好看的衣服都穿不了,整个人都浮肿,下决心要减。目标两个月减回孕前体重。就是管不住嘴哎,总饿,总想吃东西,尤其想吃肉,怎么破?4/20 run 30 min.

亲测锻炼不会减奶,但水喝不够会,锻炼的时候注意多喝水就行。吃肉没问题啊,不然蛋白质哪儿来,放心吃吧

等断奶后食欲自动下降加上运动正是减肥良机,劝MM等断奶后一举两得吧
